About the role
We’re hiring an Amazon Ads Account Manager to own 5–10 Amazon advertising accounts end-to-end. You’ll manage Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns through ScaleSkus — our in-house automation platform — and report weekly to clients on revenue, ACoS, TACoS, and scaling levers.
This is a senior-IC role for someone with 2+ years of Amazon advertising experience who wants real ownership of high-growth accounts inside an agency that ships software before campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Campaign management
- Own end-to-end Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored TV/DSP for 5–10 client accounts
- Daily bid + budget tuning via ScaleSkus dashboards (no manual bulk-uploads — automation handles ~29,000 monthly optimisations per account)
- Weekly campaign structure reviews — keyword harvesting, match-type refinement, ad group restructuring
- Manage campaign launches, scaling phases, and decline-management lifecycle stages
ACoS / TACoS / bid strategy
- Set + protect ACoS and TACoS targets per SKU + per category
- Run weekly negative keyword harvest using ScaleSkus search term reports (3-step pipeline: rules → cache → LLM)
- Optimise placement adjustments (top of search, product pages, rest of search)
- Track NTB% (new-to-brand) and halo effect on organic BSR rank
Listing + content growth
- Own A+ content briefs for the design team — modules, hero images, comparison charts
- Listing optimisation — title structure, bullets, keywords, backend search terms
- Brand store builds + monthly content refreshes
- Coordinate with our Amazon Posts manager on weekly cadence
Reporting + client management
- Weekly performance reports with clear “what changed, why, what’s next” narrative
- Monthly client calls — present numbers, recommend next steps
- Quarterly business reviews — strategic roadmap, budget recommendations
- Coordinate with our cross-channel team for clients on Meta + Google + Amazon
Account scaling
- Identify scaling opportunities — new ASINs, new categories, DSP graduation
- Build category-specific dayparting strategies (Indian shopping patterns differ by category and time)
- Inventory-aware bidding (pause when stock < 30 days)
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on Amazon advertising experience (Seller Central or Vendor Central)
- Managed ₹3 lakh+/month in Amazon ad spend across at least 2 client accounts
- Fluent in the Amazon vocabulary: Sponsored Products vs Brands vs Display, ACoS vs TACoS, NTB%, halo effect, search query reports, Brand Analytics
- Comfortable with bulk operations and Excel/Sheets at depth
- Experience writing A+ content briefs + listing copy
- Strong client communication — both written and verbal
Nice to have
- Amazon DSP experience (audience strategy, OTT/STV, programmatic display)
- Brand Analytics deep-dive experience (Search Catalog Performance, Demographics, Repeat Purchase)
- Specific category expertise (beauty, fashion, F&B, electronics, home, supplements)
- Familiarity with marketplaces beyond Amazon (Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra)
- Amazon Advertising Certification
- Hindi + Kannada (for client communications across South + North India)

Growth path
- 6 months: book of 5–7 accounts running smoothly, ACoS targets met
- 12–18 months: Senior Amazon Ads Strategist — own ₹15L+/account, mentor juniors
- 2+ years: Head of Amazon, or Strategic Account Lead for our top 5 brands
