About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to drive end-to-end execution across 3–5 ATIL client accounts. You’ll launch and optimise Meta + Google Ads, manage social calendars, do on-page SEO, and ship weekly client reports — with full mentorship from our senior strategists.
This is an execution role for someone who has done this work once or twice and wants to scale up to managing serious budgets and outcomes inside a 150-brand agency.
Key responsibilities
Paid advertising
- Set up and run Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — audience research, creative briefing to design team, daily bid + budget optimisation, conversion tracking via Meta Pixel
- Set up and run Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) — keyword research, ad copy, negative keyword management, GA4 conversion linking
- Maintain campaign hygiene — UTM tags, naming conventions, weekly QA against checklists
Social media + content
- Plan + publish monthly content calendars for 3–5 client brands (mostly Instagram + LinkedIn)
- Coordinate with our in-house design + video team on creative briefs
- Schedule via Buffer / Meta Business Suite; engage with comments + DMs
Search engine optimization
- On-page SEO — title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, internal linking
- Keyword research using Ahrefs / Semrush + Google Search Console
- Write content briefs for the SEO content team
- Track rankings weekly + flag drops to senior
Reporting + client management
- Set up GA4 events + dashboards in Looker Studio for each client
- Weekly performance report — clear “what changed, why, what’s next” narrative
- Sit in on 2–3 client calls per week — observe, learn, gradually take over a brief
Requirements
- 1+ years hands-on digital marketing experience — agency or in-house
- Ran at least one Meta Ads campaign with ₹50,000+ spend and one Google Ads campaign end-to-end
- Comfortable navigating GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads UI
- Good written English — you’ll write client emails and weekly reports
- Working knowledge of basic SEO (on-page tags, keyword research, content briefs)
- Comfortable in Excel/Sheets — pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas
Nice to have
- Conversational Hindi and/or Kannada (for Tier-2 client communication)
- Meta Blueprint or Google Skillshop certifications
- Experience with WhatsApp Business Platform or Click-to-WhatsApp ads
- Familiarity with Canva for quick creative iterations
- Exposure to email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
What you’ll learn here
- Run campaigns at scale — by month 6 you’ll be managing ₹1L+/month spend per client
- Internal training on advanced topics: attribution modelling, AEO/GEO, AI-driven optimisation
- Cross-channel exposure — work alongside our Amazon Ads team for clients on multiple platforms
- Direct mentorship from a Senior Strategist who reviews your work weekly
Growth path
- 6 months: own 3–5 client accounts independently
- 12–18 months: promotion to Senior Digital Marketing Executive
- 2–3 years: Strategist track or specialism (SEO, paid social, attribution)
