About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own multi-channel strategy for 5–8 ATIL client accounts. You’ll lead Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad strategy, drive SEO + funnel performance, optimise ROAS across channels, and mentor 2–3 junior executives.
This is a leadership role for someone who has 3+ years running campaigns and is ready to own outcomes — not just execute.
Key responsibilities
Strategy + multi-channel execution
- Own the test roadmap, campaign architecture, and creative direction for each assigned client
- Lead Meta Ads strategy — advanced audiences (custom + lookalikes), CAPI integration, Advantage+ campaigns, full-funnel structure
- Lead Google Ads strategy — Search + Shopping + PMax + YouTube. Bid strategies, audience signals, asset group optimisation
- Lead LinkedIn Ads — particularly for B2B clients. Lead Gen Forms, ABM targeting, sponsored content + thought leadership
Funnel + SEO performance
- Full-funnel responsibility from search demand capture through landing page conversion to retargeting
- Coordinate with SEO Strategist on organic content roadmap
- Conversion rate optimisation — A/B test 3+ hypotheses per client per month
- Set + protect CAC, CPL, ROAS targets
Multi-channel ROAS optimisation
- Attribution modelling — last-click, position-based, data-driven; reconcile across Meta, Google, GA4, Amazon
- Budget allocation between channels — weekly tuning based on incrementality signals
- Cross-channel reporting that tells the unified story to clients
Mentorship + reporting
- 2–3 direct reports (junior digital marketing executives)
- Weekly 1:1s focused on skill development
- Quarterly performance reviews + coaching
- Present results in monthly client meetings + quarterly business reviews
Client management
- Lead 4–6 client calls per week — strategy meetings, performance reviews, escalations
- Build trust with founders/CMOs through clarity in numbers and execution
- Coordinate with our Amazon team for clients with marketplace + own-site presence
Requirements
- 3+ years digital marketing experience, ideally agency-side with multiple concurrent clients
- Strong portfolio — campaigns you owned with at least ₹3 lakh/month spend per client
- LinkedIn Ads experience (a differentiator in the Indian B2B/D2C market)
- Demonstrable ROAS improvements — before/after metrics, what you changed, why
- People management exposure — even 1 direct report counts
- Comfortable presenting to founders, marketing heads, and CMOs
- Strong written + verbal communication
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing mix modelling (MMM) or media planning tools
- Hands-on with Meta CAPI + server-side tagging via GTM Server or Stape.io
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator + advanced ABM playbooks
- Familiarity with tools beyond ads: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, Hotjar
- A portfolio of ROAS turn-around stories you can talk through
