About the role
Own non-paid demand channels for 6–8 ATIL clients — email lifecycle, WhatsApp broadcast, conversational flows, abandoned cart recovery.
What you’ll do
- Build automated email + WhatsApp flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase)
- Manage broadcast calendar across both channels
- A/B test subject lines, send times, segments
- Track open/click/conversion rates + revenue attribution
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years ESP (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Sendgrid) production experience
- WhatsApp Business Platform / Twilio / Gupshup / WATI hands-on
- Liquid templating or similar dynamic content
- Bonus: cohort analytics, LTV modelling
