About the role
Run HR + Operations for ATIL — currently 40 people, growing to 80 in 18 months. Hire, onboard, develop, retain. Plus office ops, vendor management, payroll.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end hiring (JD → sourcing → interview → offer → onboarding) for ~3 hires/month
- Run quarterly performance review process (calibration, 360s, comp adjustments)
- Manage payroll + statutory compliance (PF, ESI, professional tax)
- Vendor management (office cleaning, security, IT, snacks, chai)
- Plan + run quarterly team events
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years HR in a fast-growing 50-200 person company
- Hands-on with statutory compliance for Indian small/mid businesses
- Strong written + verbal communication
- Bonus: campus hiring relationships in Belagavi/Hubli engineering colleges
