About the role
Own the close — take qualified leads from SDR/inbound, run discovery + demo + proposal, and close the deal. Average ATIL retainer is ₹40K–₹2L/month.
What you’ll do
- 2–4 discovery + demo calls per day
- Own pipeline from MQL through signed contract
- Build proposals + commercials (we use Zoho CRM + Proposify)
- Coordinate with strategists for client-specific pitches
- Hit monthly quota: 4–6 closed deals
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years B2B inside sales, ideally in marketing/martech/SaaS
- Closed at least 30 deals
- Strong discovery skills — disqualify fast, dig deep on the right ones
- Comfortable on Zoom/Google Meet for full discovery + demo
- Hindi + English fluent
Compensation
- ₹5–12 lakh base + 5-10% commission on closed deals (uncapped)
- Top performers earn ₹15-20 lakh/year
